Choose from gourmet Sonoma and Farmer Jo mueslis served with Yalla yoghurts (Sydney), and fresh locally-sourced fruits such as apples from Bilpin (Blue Mountains).

Pick from housemade pastries and breads sourced from local Sydney bakeries Brasserie Bread and Neu's Bakery, with accompaniments such as Pepe Saya butter (Sydney), organic nut butters, Malfroy's Gold honey (Blue Mountains) and Cuttaway Creek Jams (Mittagong).

Indulge in cheeses sourced from the Hunter Valley, Gippsland and King Island, paired with Artisan charcuterie from Nomad's La Boqueria (Sydney) and Byron Bay Berkshire Pork Company.
