What better way to spend the long summer evenings than over a plate of freshly sourced oysters and flute of chilled Champagne, or two! Our Executive Chef, Alex Viches has sourced Oysters from New South Wales and Smoky Bay Pacific, Southern Australia to be paired with Sauce Vierge, Champagne Mignonette Dressing or Fresh Lemon. In collaboration with Mumm Grand Cordon, you can enjoy six Oysters and a glass of champagne for $38 per person.
